This policy explains how we ship orders placed on daryai.in.

Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our facility at:

G 52, Gali No. 2, Block E, Bhagwati Garden, Nawada, New Delhi, Delhi 110059, India

Where we ship to

We currently ship across India. If you need delivery outside India, write to us at klystoglobal@gmail.com before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Shipping options

Choose one of two ways to receive and pay for your order at checkout:

• Express (pay online) — pay securely online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and we dispatch right away. No extra fee.
• Cash on delivery — a ₹250 confirmation fee is charged online (via Razorpay) when you place the order; the remaining product amount is paid in cash when it arrives. Both amounts are shown clearly at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier's serviceability; you'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions — we'll keep you posted if that happens on your order.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you pay — the amount you're charged there is final.
